How does the quote work?
Tell us roughly how many of each thing you have, and you’ll see your price right away. Each video tape, audio tape, film reel, CD, DVD or computer disk counts as one item, and every 50 photos, slides or negatives count as one item. The more items you have, the less each one costs. Journals, photo albums, scrapbooks and letters are priced by the page, and keepsakes by the piece. Get your free quote.
I’m not sure exactly how much I have.
A rough count is fine. Your quote is based on what you tell us, and if what we pick up turns out different, we’ll check with you before doing any extra work.
Can everyone in the family get a copy?
Yes. Your private online archive is always included, and you can share its link with children, grandchildren and cousins near and far. Add Retold USB drives for $20 each when you get your quote, so every household has a copy to hold. They’re delivered with your originals.
What about journals, scrapbooks or something unusual?
We love those. Journals, albums, scrapbooks, letters and keepsakes are all part of the instant quote. Have something that isn’t listed? Describe it on the quote page and we’ll email your quote within a day.
Will my originals be safe?
Yes. We pick them up from your door, handle every piece by hand, and bring every original back to you in person. Your tapes and photos never go in the mail or leave our care.
What if I don’t love how it turns out?
Then we make it right. Tell us within 30 days of your archive being ready and we’ll redo anything you’re unhappy with, free. Still not happy? We’ll refund your order. See the details.
How will I get my memories back?
You’ll get a private link where you can watch, share and download everything. If you’d like something to hold, add a USB drive (or a few, so every sibling gets one).
I’m not very good with computers. Can you help?

Do you come outside Provo?
Yes, we serve all of Northern Utah. Pickup and return are free within 15 miles of Provo. Farther away, it’s $1.25 per extra mile (counted round trip), shown before you pay.
How long does it take?
No more than three weeks from pickup, and often sooner. You can follow each step on your private order page. For very large collections, we’ll agree on a date with you before we start.
How do I follow my order?
After you book, you’ll get a private order page that shows each step as we go, from pickup to the day your memories are ready.
